Long rain storms caused by a tropical storm led to traffic jams on many streets in Hanoi

Tropical storm mun has already killed two people. On Thursday morning, a married couple died in the province of Thanh Hoa in northern central Vietnam. They crossed the bridge when it collapsed due to a landslide.
